To ensure report accuracies and minimise variation rework, once the assessment report is completed by the builder the report contents are then sent to head office to one of our Client Service Managers. The Client Service Manager will then check the contents of the report to ensure it is accurate and then put forward the report in a professional format to the insurance company for review.
