Carla and the team at Inspect House NZ and Repair House NZ were amazing to deal with. During the flood event we hadnt heard from anyone in such a long time. Carla made contact with me, managed the entire situation, even arranged for my furniture and belongings to be removed and put into storage. They stripped out my property and the team were so professional.

Luke and the team were very helpful and handled everything for me. Luke was very easy to contact, returned all my calls and text messages even late at night was always willing to help me even though it wasnt really his job to do it. Highly recommend Luke and his service 

We found the team very professional. It was hard trying to get in contact with someone from the insurance company but Repair House and Inspect House were very professional from start to finish. We had a few issues pop up but the team sorted it as best they could and in the end we were very happy with the service and the workmanship. 

Luke’s a pleasure to deal with. Very friendly and efficient. Able to assist in getting inspections done in short notice to a good quality prior to settlement which was coming up soon. The builders also very knowledgeable. Definitely recommend!

The flood event was very stressful and we couldnt get answers on updates and the process was very unclear for us. The girls at Repair House were amazing and were very easy to get a hold of, they helped us through every step from the strip out to the assessment and were very pleasant to deal with. 

Cherease, Shane and the rest of the guys and girls were very good to deal with. The flood was a very tough time as we had alot of damage to our property but overall the professional and friendly manner of Cherease and Shane made life easier for me and my whanau. Thank you so much guys.
