Farmhouse Renovation – Internal Upgrade Completed

Upgrading Essential Living Areas for Improved Functionality
Repair House recently completed a comprehensive internal renovation of a rural farmhouse, with a focus on enhancing key living spaces ahead of new tenancy. The bathroom, toilet, and laundry areas were reconfigured to improve layout and usability. Internal walls were removed, and the spaces were fully re-lined, plastered, painted, and fitted with new fixtures including a shower, vanity, toilet, and laundry tub.

Practical Kitchen Redesign and Flooring Installation
The kitchen was updated with a new L-shaped design featuring modern cabinetry and a tiled splashback, while retaining the existing freestanding oven. Floating laminate flooring in a durable timber finish was installed throughout the kitchen, bathroom, toilet, and laundry, following minor floor-leveling work. All works were completed to a high standard and in accordance with building regulations, resulting in a refreshed, functional home ready for occupancy.
